I’m Dr. Cristina Bronder, a naturopathic doctor and the founder of Dragonfly Integrative Medicine. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

My Journey

I’ve always been drawn to healing and to a more natural, hands-on approach to health. As I began pursuing medicine, I knew I didn’t want to simply place a bandage on symptoms. I wanted to understand why illness develops and how to support true, lasting healing.

My passion for fertility medicine deepened after the birth of my daughter. Becoming a parent had always been a dream, but one I feared might be difficult due to long-standing cycle irregularities. Working with a naturopathic doctor during that time opened my eyes to the many ways fertility can be supported and strengthened — and inspired me to offer that same care to others.

My understanding of integrative medicine became even clearer when my own health took an unexpected turn and I needed to rely on conventional Western medicine for survival. That experience shaped my belief that healing is not about choosing one system over another, but about using the right tools for each individual and situation.

My Approach

What first drew me to naturopathic medicine was its emphasis on the foundations of health — connection to nature, individualized care, and the time and space to truly listen.

I believe deeply that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Every person is unique, and every story deserves to be heard.
