Preconception Counseling

Whether you think you might want children someday or are actively trying to conceive, preconception counseling is the first step to getting your body to an optimal place of health to create and nourish a new life. Concerns that I work with include but are not limited to

Prenatal Support

Pregnancy can be an amazing time, but that doesn’t mean it’s always comfortable or without complications. It’s also a time when many standard therapies are not available as treatment due to the sensitive nature of your growing child. Getting support tailored to you and your symptoms can help you feel more at ease in your body as it changes. Concerns that I work with include but are not limited to

Postpartum Care

Pregnancy and birth changes you, physically, but also mentally and emotionally. It’s important during this time to take care of yourself, so that you can not only be fully present for your baby but feel good while learning to be a parent. Concerns that I work with include but are not limited to
